Upon This Rock Publishing is a storefront and digital library platform operated by Solmite Corporation, Murray, Utah, United States. You can reach us at contact@uponthisrockpublishing.com.

We host listings and deliver digital purchases. We do not edit, record, print, produce or distribute works, and we do not place titles with outside retailers or services. Sellers are responsible for their own works and for any physical printing, shipping, pickup and physical returns.

Account holders and purchasers must be at least 18 years old. If you are signing up or buying on behalf of an organisation or another person's storefront, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Parents and guardians may use their own account to buy and manage content and to supervise age-appropriate reading and listening by their family. We do not offer separate accounts for children, we do not ask children for personal information, and we do not build child profiles or behavioural advertising. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at contact@uponthisrockpublishing.com and we will remove it.

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Prices shown to buyers include a 6% buyer service fee, which is always broken out before you confirm an order. The service fee supports the platform, customer support and your library — it is not a shipping, handling or fulfilment charge, and it is not paid to the seller.

Sales tax and any shipping charges are calculated and shown separately, and no service fee is charged on them. Free items carry no service fee and no platform cut.

Payment is arranged through the payment method shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is recorded and approved. Availability, pricing errors and stock limits can prevent an order being accepted; if that happens we will tell you and refund anything already collected.

A digital purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read, listen to or view that specific edition for your own use, and to keep access through your library. You do not acquire ownership of the work or any right to resell, redistribute, publicly perform or upload it elsewhere.

• Ebooks — read in the browser reader and download the purchased file for compatible personal reading apps and devices. Sending a file to a Kindle depends on the format the seller supplied and on the device's own import rules; we cannot guarantee every format works on every device.
• Audiobooks — listen in the in-app player with chapter navigation and saved progress, while you are online. Audiobook audio files are not downloadable or exportable. Protected offline listening may be added in future but is not available today and is not promised.
• Music — play in the app and download your purchased files.
• Visual art — delivered under the licence and in the formats described on the individual listing.

Formats are sold separately. Buying an ebook does not include the audiobook, and buying an audiobook does not include the ebook, unless a listing explicitly bundles them.

We take reasonable measures to protect purchased files and to keep full audiobook recordings private and access-checked. We do not claim any delivery method is impossible to copy.

When a seller unlists a title or leaves the platform, new sales stop but your existing purchase and the files and licence needed to use it continue, including re-downloading ebooks and music you already own.

Limited exceptions apply: a refunded or reversed purchase ends access; we may remove content we are legally required to remove, or that is the subject of a valid rights complaint or confirmed fraud. Where we can, we will give notice and offer an appropriate remedy such as a refund. We cannot promise the platform will operate forever, and nothing here overrides applicable law.

Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or bulk-download the catalog, share your library access with others, upload malware, misrepresent who you are, or harass other members. Listings and reviews are also subject to our Content Policy.

Reviews and ratings you publish are visible to other members and to the seller. Your reading and listening history is private from sellers.

Refunds are covered in the Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms. The refund rules that apply to an order are the ones published when that order was placed.

We may update these terms. For material changes to fees or legal terms we will give at least 30 days' notice before they apply to future activity, except where an urgent legal or security issue requires a faster change. Continuing to use the platform after that notice period, or affirmatively accepting the new version where we ask for it, applies the new terms going forward. We do not rewrite the terms of purchases you have already completed.

The platform is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular title will remain listed. Works are supplied by their sellers; their content, accuracy and rights clearance are the seller's responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, Solmite Corporation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and disputes may be brought in the competent courts of Utah — subject in each case to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live. There is no arbitration requirement and no class-action waiver in these terms.
