Copyright & Reports

This page describes how Solmite Corporation handles copyright and rights complaints. Send your report to the contact address below and we will review it, respond to you, and act on the listing where a report is well founded.

If you are the seller of a listing and you believe a report about your work is mistaken, see section 4.

Email contact@uponthisrockpublishing.com with the subject line “Copyright report” and include all of the following:

1. The work. Identify the copyrighted work you say has been used — title, author or rights holder, and where the original can be seen if it is published.
2. The listing. The full web address of the listing, page or file on this site that you are reporting, plus anything needed to find the specific part (for example a chapter or track).
3. Your authority. Whether you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and in what capacity.
4. Your contact details. Full name, postal address, email address and a phone number where we can reach you.
5. A good-faith statement. That you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
6. An accuracy statement. That the information in your report is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.
7. Your signature. A physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete reports slow things down; we may come back to you for the missing pieces before we can act.

We review the report against the listing. Where a claim looks credible we may unlist or restrict the material while we look into it. Where it is appropriate, we notify the seller, tell them what has been claimed, and pass on your report — including your contact details — so they can respond.

If content that someone already bought has to come down, we look at a refund as the remedy for that buyer.

Reply to the notice we send you and explain, with evidence, why you hold the rights — a licence, a contract, a public-domain basis, permission from a performer or photographer, and so on. We will weigh both sides. If we restored something in error either way, we will correct it.

We are not a court and we do not decide ownership disputes. Where the two sides cannot be reconciled, the material stays down until the parties resolve it between themselves.

Sellers who repeatedly list material they do not have the rights to will have their storefront suspended and, for continued or deliberate infringement, closed. Buyers who already paid keep access wherever we are legally able to allow it; where we are not, a refund is the remedy.

Knowingly false reports cause real harm to sellers, and we take a dim view of them.

Sellers keep their copyright. The licence they grant us to host, deliver and promote their work is set out in the Seller Agreement. We do not take ownership, and we do not take rights to train AI models on member works.
